Drache Foam Filters: 

These are filters which is used for Aluminum, iron (nodular and grey),  and steel casting. During the casting application they remove the slags sand particuls and regulate the fluidity. 

Silicium carbur (black), filters are using for iron and copper casting applications.

Alumina (white)  filters are using  for aluminium and magnesium castings.

Zirconium okside (yellow) filters are using for steel castings. 

Ceramic Gating Systems

Ceramic gating systems can remove sand problems, gas problem during casting. It is produced in different diameters and dimensions.

Isotherm and Cycloids Insulation Gating System:

These are packaged sleeved systems ready for casting which have no gas problems in insulation.

Mould and Core Paints

Produced with high quality raw materials.They have suitable compositon off alcohol or water based casting spades and mould paints. They have very long settling time and high  dispersion value, increased surface quality, decreased waste production rate.

Exotermic Sleeve Powders, Cromit Sand are availiable on customer request.

TEK MICA PAPER

They have superb isolation and sliding task between induction furnaces coil plaster and furnace lining material.

They are strong for high temperatures. One side is mica the other side is ceramic fibres paper.
